Mr Haider has been practicing as a Tax and Corporate Consultant for the last 12 years and worked for various reputed professional firms, relating to Taxation, Training & Development services. He possesses strong knowledge of Pakistan’s taxation code & corporate laws and represents corporate clients before tax administration and appellate authorities on behalf of national and multinational clients. Currently, He is also serving as Director at Techbiz (Private) limited a leading IT company and software house engaged in local and international clients. He is also servin le NGO as General Secretary.

Previously, he was associated with KPMG - Tax and involved in providing taxation advisory services to national and multi-national companies and catering to their evolving taxation planning and advisory needs of the business. He is also a corporate trainer and working with different Professional Institutes.

Mr. Mehdi Imam, an accountant by profession brings with him a vast experience of Accounting, Book Keeping, and Internal Audit & Financial Advisory. His career spans over one and half decades. He has to his credit working in Chartered Accountant and Consultancy firm in senior positions in accounting, taxation and financial advisory department. He is also affiliated with Institute of Cost and Management Accountant of Pakistan, Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants. Additionally, he is also affiliated with FBR as a Registered Income Tax Practitioner and also member of Karachi Tax Bar Association.

Mr Jaffer has been working as Audit and financial ad visor for the last 9 years and worked for various reputed professional firms. Previously, he was associated with RSM International- Chartered Accountants and involved in providing Accounting and Financial Advisory services to the various reputed national and multi-national companies. He is also serving a reputable NGO as Additional General Secretary. He is also a member of Karachi Tax Bar Association.

Shehzad is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and possesses more than 20 years of audit and tax advisory services from PwC and KPMG. His areas of expertise are tax advisory, compliance, and litigation. He has been working closely with multinational and local clients for tax planning, tax risk assessment, and opportunities for business restructuring, cross-border transactions, etc. under domestic tax laws, anti-avoidance tax laws, double tax treaties, OECD’s transfer pricing (TP) guidelines. He has represented numerous clients before administrative, regulatory, and appellate authorities to defend their tax positions and dispute resolution in the pharmaceutical, services, engineering, construction, oil & gas (upstream and downstream), FMCG, and financial services sectors
